1. Do #3.  For the Argumentative Graphic Organizer #1, please use this format. Use one whole page. Make 3 columns. The first column should be labeled Reason. Here, you will write 1 sentence that states a reason you are for or against child labor. In the second column, write the word Evidence.  In this spot, you will give 2-3 sentences, from one of the articles given, that supports your reason.  Lastly, label the last column Explanation.  In this location, you will explain how your evidence supports your reason. You will need 3 of these for this assignment  Here are 3 articles that can help you with this assignment:http://www.scholastic.com/browse/article.jsp?id=5422
The second link is a collection of articles related to child labor.  You only need to use 3 for your essay.
2. Also for number 3, make the Counterargument Graphic Organizer.Use one whole page. Make 3 columns. This graphic organizer should be set up in the same format as the Argumentative Graphic Organizer. The only difference is you need 2 of these.  Half of this graphic organizer will serve to represent the opposite side of your position. The other half of this graphic organizer will support your original position as well as cancel out the opposite side of your position.
