Student Survey - Complete the Student Survey Handout. Complete the front and back. Complete all sections. Be sure to outline or shade the outline like my example in class. Do not color over your words. Color your comic strip as well. This is due on Monday 8/21/17.

 Complete the Reading Inventory Homework Practice. Use the steps in the "How to take the reading inventory yellow sheet." Do no use a dictionary, and make sure to complete this assignment without the assistance of an adult. An adult can check over your work for you to make sure that you followed the steps, but the work must be yours.
