Announcing high school pre-participation physical exams on Saturday May 18, 2019 for Athletics, Band, Cheer, Dance, Color Guard, etc...
On Saturday, May 18, we will be hosting a pre-participation physical exam clinic for all high schools in one convenient location: Elsinore High School, in the Gym, 21800 Canyon Dr., Wildomar, CA 92595.
Physical exam times are staggered by school, so students should arrive within their scheduled times, as follows:
- Elsinore High School students please arrive between 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
- Lakeside High School students please arrive between 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
- Temescal Canyon High School students please arrive between 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
All physicals are 30 dollars—cash only—and all funds raised go directly back to each school. Sorry, no personal checks accepted.
Parents must accompany their students to ensure clearance forms are signed and returned before a student physical can be authorized.
