2. Think Pair Share #3 In pairs, students answered 2 questions that were related to last night's reading assignment.(per. 1/3)
3. Students made a section in their notebook titled Data.  In it, there are 4 columns: Author Idea, Fact, Statistic, and Quotation. Under Author Idea, it says, "State imposes restrictions" and under Fact is says, "NJ requires parental supervision. Students needed to find a statistic and a quotation that supports the idea that 16 is too young to drive.(per. 1/3)
4. Think Pair Share #3 1. Why is raising the driving age still a matter of debate? 2. Can you deduce why the author might feel so strongly about the driving age? Provide evidence for your answer.
