4. Students answered 3rd text dependent question for Text Dependent Question #2 assignment. The question read as follows: At the end of the story, Greg asks Lemon Brown if he thought his treasure was worth fighting for "against a pipe." How does Lemon Brown respond to this? Explain what he meant by this.

2. Teacher modeled some correct and partially incorrect text dependent question and answers.
3. Students read 338 to 342.
4. They answered question #2 for Text Dependent Question Assignment #2. The question is as follows: On the bottom of page 341 to 342, Lemon reveals to Greg the treasure that was hidden under his rags. What was the treasure?  Why was it significant to him?

4. Students read from 336 to 337 of "The Treasure of Lemon Brown".
5. On Text Dependent Question #2 assignment, students worked on 1st question. 1. On the bottom of page 337, who does Greg meet that tells him, "Don't try nothing cause I got a razor sharp enough to cut a week into 9 days!" Use details from the selection to describe the person Greg meets.
