Why or why not? Cite evidence to support your inference? #6. Reread lines 385-391. What lesson, if any, has 1 of the characters learned?

3. Students copied two questions into their Citing Textual Evidence#1 assignment. 3. Describe the behavior of the man outside. What might cause this man to act this way? 4.How does the information from the man from Maw and Meggins support the theme of the story?
4. Students brainstormed possible themes for "The Monkey's Paw". This assisted with question #4.
5. For question #3, students had to read pages 108-111 and look at lines 214-225 specifically. For question #4, students had to read page 112. Then, they needed to look at lines 271-281 in order to answer this question.
